Just got my Pro-Pointer AT back from Garret in a 7 day turn-around. You could not ask for better service from start to finish. I had worn a hole in the tip within the warranty period. Called Garret and talked to a friendly agent who gave me an RMA and address for mailing. She indicated they will usually complete the work within 10 days so I was shocked when it came back in 7. That includes the time in return shipment to me from TX to PA. Best of all, there was no charge for the service. Great product and great service.

Garrett is excellent at customer service. I've seen them do some really nice things for the customers. I also make the best pin pointer on the market!
