Ian... The cover is here and looks GREAT!!! Thank you!!!

Just a thought here......have you tried working with neoprene? I believe if you make the pattern right you can go with a one piece design that not only fits snug but also adds a little bit of shock protection. I love your idea and will place an order when I can.

I would try neoprene but I don't have a machine to make the forms/casts. I love the idea!

I decided to make my own dust and scratch cover after reading some reviews of other manufacturers. After a couple of hours of getting a pattern made, a trip to the fabric store, and the purchase of a sewing machine, here is what I am left with.

Happy Hunting!

AWESOME!!! I want one!

Neoprene is a rubber material. You can sew it or glue it like a fabric......although you will need a heavy duty needle

The front plastic face zippers onto the body? Can you show some pics of the cover off the machine? Getting ready to order soon.....

It velcro's on. I was afraid zippers would eventually rust. I'll def get more pics soon.

Anyone know the off chance of this fine product fitting a Ace 350?

Hey digital. I've got another suggestion. How about putting foam around the corners of screen to absorb the bounces when it falls over. Or in my case on Wednesday, when you fall and it gets a rock or hard ground with some force behind it. My plastic screen is now loose and probably not water tight.
