Most of you know that Garrett has great service and great warranty. this is just my own experience with them, My AT GOLD experienced a broken arm cuff (our fault) and Garrett immediately sent me a replacement. My wife's pin pointer (bought in April) would not stay on, sent back, received a new one. My pin pointer, bought last summer, began faulting out non stop, sent back and received a new one. No problems, just what is your problem and it is taken care of. My thanks to Ms Hilda Bardales for her help in these problems which were big to me. I am a happy customer with Garrett, just saying.
