is this a gemstone? please help

I think they are polished or tumbled glass. Based on the colors and the uniformity of color within each stone. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Chip, you're right, those are glass bits, you can put them in a vase en masse and then stick flowers in and they hold the flowers in place, like the old brass frogs used to. It would be nice if gemstones popped out looking like that

Gemstones usually have a a faceted appearance, at least on a few sides.
The underlying crystaline structure generally results in flat surfaces at
particular angles, such as 30-degrees. These look like glass.
There is an outside possibility of the yellow ones being amber,
but alas, probably the stones they use in vases to keep the flower stem
anchored.

It's not always what you find that's fun, it's also the thrill of
thinking, even if just briefly, that you found a treasure.

I once found a Danish 20-kroner coin.
It is large and gold colored.
For the first few seconds there I thought it was a Krugerand
(solid gold, worth over $900!), but then I got the truth.
It was worth 20-cents.

But OH, the thrill for that brief period where I thought I had struck it rich.
"Better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all" they say.
Good for a cheap thrill, ha, ha!

I bet if you look up a local mine in your area, you might find one that you can mine at for some beautys
Such as Stewart mine here in CA. I've seen people walk away with a few thopusand $$$$ for just a 50 investment.

The coin has a value in Denmark of about $4.00 !!
How can it be worth only 20 cents ?
If you have more I´d gladly give you 50 cents each !

What year is the coin minted ?

About 100 years ago 20 Kroner coins were actually made in Gold, and worth a lot today.
