General Land Office Records

Trying to get on the GLO site (www.glorecords.blm.gov) but keep getting 401.1 error. Anyone else or just me? If you have used the site is it worth the trouble to get into it? From the BLM description it sounds promising but haven't had any luck getting it to open.
