Does anybody know if PCGS or NGC is still accepting submissions of this nature for authentication and encapsulation? I had heard they are only doing coins anymore??
I would like to send my button in if they are: http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/t...dependence-unity-prosperity-button-today.html

I don't know the answer to your question - but hopefully someone on TNet does. Otherwise go straight to the source.
