Getting closer in the nail field

Getting closer to the silver out of the Nail field, a sterling Silver heart. This had nails all around it you could only move the coil about an 1" in either direction or you would lose the signal into the iron thud. I can't stand it I just love finding stuff in the iron. Headed there all day tomorrow!!!!!!! Anyone have a suggestions on a small coil for the Etrac
