Getting cold, last hunt? found a 14kt diamond ring

Hello everyone!

Got out today for 2 hours, very brisk out there and 40mph winds which was making hearing signals in the headphones difficult, but at least I got out. We had snow Saturday so winter is quickly approaching unfortunately.

Well, if today is my last hunt of the year, I can say that I ended a great year of Th'ing in a golden way.

I hit a schoolyard that I didn't hunt earlier this summer because the day I went, they had just put down 12 inches of woodchips. Well, they are beaten down pretty good now, so I stopped by on my way back from work today. Yep, I had to go in today as I have a hot issue that will make me travel to Cleveland Ohio tomorrow, so some things had to get done today. Signals were sparse but I was super glad to be out there. I found about $ 2.50 in clad, a few pendants and other trinket jewelry and best of all, I scored a beautiful 14kt gold double heart ring with two small diamonds. I was really happy when I pulled it. Man, I bet you are in Cleveland right now as I type this. Should have emailed me. Could have taken you to the half dime site. Still good stuff there. Most likely no diamond rings. Would have been fun just to do lunch. Maybe your supplier will need a follow up visit

I hope it was not your last hunt of the year. If so I would say that treasures will be awaiting you in the spring. I just became a member during the middle part of this year to the Tnet, but I have to say this was an amazing year for you. You have had a great number of excellent finds that I have saw. And this diamond ring can certainly fit into that great collection quite well.

Great finds. I hope you get to go out again this year, but if not...you had a great season and I will miss looking at your finds. I'll never look at playgrounds the same again.
