Bought a used Tiger Shark. 
It arrived today and it has no coil cover (scuff plate), the rubber grip has a split in it and I want to put some fresh batteries in it. So I call Tesoro to order a coil cover, a new rubber grip, also figure I might as well get a new O ring while I'm ordering. Tesoro tells me I have to go through a dealer to get these items. I think no problem right? I use Tesoro's web site to locate some local dealers, call the first one no answer, call the second one, no longer a working number, the third one a real person answers but he then proceeds to tell me he has none of what I am looking for in stock and then the 20 or so seconds of silence occurs while I'm waiting for him to say something like I could order it though but that does not happen just more silence. 
So I proceed to the next number and agian a person answers but he too has none of the items I want. So I ask him about ordering it and he tells me I will have to call Tesoro and order it directly from them. 
Okay so can anyone tell me how to aquire these items. Also while were at it how about some #4 Dow Corning silicone.
