Glass Vase with a signature.

I bought a nice glass vase a while ago with a signature. If anyone can give me a hand with the name, I would appreciate it. Sorry about the rotation...

A picture of the vase would help determine the style and may help in finding the maker too.

It looks to me like "J. Valm__ 2002" but I'm not sure about what comes after the "L".

Found a couple A Valmer Czech art glass pieces. That name may be something to look into
