A quick trip to a local school resulted in enough CLAD to pay for the afternoon coffee, plus a General Motors spinner token. On one side, the token reads, "General Motors Motorama of 1954." There is also a large "GM" in the center along with an arrow pointing to the 12:00 of the token. The other side has a raised dot in its center allowing it to spin on a flat surface. This was an advertising gimmick given away to lure people into the dealerships. The token could be used in place of a coin toss as you would spin the token and whoever the arrow pointed to in your group when it stopped spinning, would have to pay for the meal or next round or whatever was being "decided."
