Cococay (Royal Carribean's private island in the Bahamas), Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas and Philipsburg, St. Maarten?

I think I read somewhere that RC is ok on their island, St Thomas is off limits. not sure about St Maartin. would love to know what you find out.
