Going to Islamorada, FL, anything interesting to look for?

Anne's beach has alot of visitors each day every day. Tourist wearing jewelry etc. Shallow water, narrow beach. Fishing is good always except when windy. Have fun!
 

Three Things: Visit a shop called Somewhere in Time in Islamorada. It's like a treasure museum, only free.

There is also a Diving Museum in Islamorada if u are interested.

Phone Bahia Honda State Park and ask if they will permit u to detect their beach. It's by far the nicest beach in the Keys.

Hi guys,

Jeez, while it'll be hard to top vulcan007's input . . .

Did some research a little while back because my dad has a house in the keys. Ann's Beach is busy, but it is rock covered with a little sand. You will have to be very patient to hunt there. I have some information on almost all the beaches here:

Keep your discrimination low and dig everything that's not small iron . I don't know what kind of detector you have but if it will handle the wet salty sand below the high tide line going at low tide is always good.
