There is an old house was hoping to dig around but there's also an old gravesite, I'm not going to dig up graves, but could I dig around it for coins? The though if digging around a graveyard just creeps me out, but I was wondering if there might be any coins it anything on the outskirts of the graveyard. Thanks in advance.

if you find a ring I hope there's no finger in it....

Find out who the owner of the property is and ask about the graves... imagesmm.webp...Yes or No...Problem solved...

To my knowledge, there is no law against detecting gravesites if you wanted to. As long as it's private property and you have permission, just follow your own judgment and don't worry about it.

get permission from the the land owner. common sense rules the day. I'm with you I wouldn't hunt grave sites. good luck and HH
