I am not sure Alpha. But have you considered buying old foreign gold coins? You can get 10 francs, 10 marks, pesos, etc., for just a couple of bucks over spot. They are about the same weight as a 1/10th bullion coin and have the added coolness factor of being real money from over 100 years ago. They do have odd gold weights and that seems to bother some people (used to bother me, but high premiums bother me more).
If you want to stay with regular bullion, I would try Apmex. But I don't know how high their premiums are. Or try CNI out in California. http://www.golddealer.com/bullionpage.html
