Gold Claim Research Help

Hello! I am asking for some confirmation in a gold claim that I want to purchase in Idaho.
If anyone has heard of this business and or person would be a Big help in knowing its Legit!
The company is goldproperties4sale the owner is Travis Hollan
the claims are located in Florence area
I have tried to use the BLM website, but not successfully,
I just need to confirm he and his business is real.
If Anyone knows of him or his company PLEASE contact me!
I will be calling BLM tomorrow and asking them, but until then I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here

First Rule of making a gold claim: Never, ever, buy a gold claim that you have not walked, tested, and checked the history of ownership with the County Clerk.

The Scam is as old as the history of gold mining.

I have found the Name Travis Hollon about 10 times in the Idaho county claims from LR2000, most are expired.

I am NOT familiar with this particular claim owner. But I AM familiar with other placer claims in the area. Those along the Salmon River tend to have a decent amount of fine gold. But several claims have been mined out. There are quite a few small lode mines around the Riggins area but I don't know much about them.
