Please dows this pic for me
I have found a rock in this pic containing gold (it has been confirmed that it contains gold )
I was just wondering if there could be a gold vein close by where i got the gold rock LAPA.webp

Hey gold finder.....I will get to your map...After spending 2 weeks in Northern California traveling on dirt roads I have a lot of work to do..Art

Finding gold flakes in a rock is pretty common....It does not mean that there is any more around....It could have come from an earthquake or from the ice age...Art

Thanks "WATCHER" i understand, and thanks "franklin" for the information about pic location.

"franklin" this is on my front gate of the farmRRR.webp

I am getting gold float below the blue line...The arrows point to where it came from...It may have taken millions of years to get there from an exposed gold vein..Art

Sorry guys...I again received a few PMs wanting to know what gold float is....I guess they would be called Eluvial or alluvial exposits now....The old timers called them float....They are the result of gold veins being exposed to the elements at the surface..the gold breaks off and starts a journey down hill where it usually ends in a stream or sand wash where it becomes placer gold..Sometimes for millions of years it has traveled.....As it travels it will spread out...The source of the gold can be found by following the float uphill.....Art

Thank a lot my friend ! (Watcher )
