what a weekend.Fri. morning I hit the beach with the PI for the low tide hunt,an while still in the sand I stop to fire it up,an on my 3rd swing I get a beep,an out comes the tri-tone 10k ring.The next 6 hours in the surf only tured up 2 junk rings.Later that day while on the beach with the Elite,I got got a very deep hit an was sure it was going to be a zinc penny by the # it gave, an out pops the silver ring, it was at least 12" deep.On to sunday, while waiting on the sun to come up spent a little while with the Elite an found a pocket spill of zinc pennys an the canada 1946 was mixed in with them.As soon as it got light I hit the surf an well for the next 10 hours it was gold, gold, gold etc.Every gold ring has ice, not sure if any is real. the 1 big ring is my biggest piece of gold I now have....
