Gold on the Homestead

I found this a couple of months ago in front of a barn built in the '50s. It's my first gold, and I couldn't be happier with it! It's a Gruen Veri-Thin Precision wristwatch, which was first introduced in 1938, if I remember correctly. The Gruen Watch Company sold out by 1958, so it's at least that old! Marked 10k Goldfilled on the back. Found it with my little Silver uMax. HH.

cool. Gruen made some nice watches
