Hello all, after finding my gold ring last weekend I was excited to hit the beach and scour similar areas for more treasure.
I had some friends over from the big city, and I had about five hours to hunt.
I went right to where I found that old broken gold band, and started hunting. My fourth target was glowing in the wet sand. I couldn’t believe it I knew it was a gold ring right off the bat. It’s a 14 karat band with outside crusted in high Karat nuggets.
I laid on the ground when my friends examin the find, it really churns your guts around to find something very nice.
To top it all off I got a standing liberty quarter and four silver dimes as well.
The interesting part of the story… Is that one of my friends got a 14 karat service ring near the end of the day . Holy cow I am happy for her but part of me wishes I got all the gold rings :-)
