Anyone with experience know how far a pair of GoldBug/GoldBugPro detectors need to be separated to eliminate crosstalk?

Friend of mine asked me to go detecting a new place and I was wondering if two GoldBugPro would be a problem.

I read one place said 15ft separation for detectors in general, seems like hunting same field should be fine.

Long trip for me if I bring the wrong detector.

There is no correct answer. Any two detectors operating near the same freq. will cross talk.

Yes, there will be crosstalk, but if we're say 50 yards apart, will there still be interference? Ive only found one Q&A where it mentions 3-15feet is plenty of separation.

I'd say that should be plenty of distance.

You could probably get within 10' of each other. There is only one way to find out and when they do start interfering with each other simply spread back out a few feet.

Great, thank you. I had never run across this problem before, over thinking it I was.
