Gone with the Wind Plates

I got 2 of the 1988 third edition plates for $1 a piece at a thrift store. Have any of you bought and sold these before? I wanted to know what they could sell for quickly. Ebay looks like they sell less than $10 a piece. Thanks again.

I try to avoid collector plates for the most part myself. There are exceptions though. I'd probably try for $5 each at my next garage sale and settle on $5 for the pair.

I think I heard it here on this site first, "If it was made to be a collectable, then it isn't." Or at least, it isn't going to be worth much, like the Nascar stuff that is equally tough to sell. I avoid any of it. If it is something that says "collector's edition", put it back on the table. LOL
