uncle sam play penny any info on them

[jewelerguy]

can't find any history type info on the web about them. all I know is 'uncle sam' was a brand of play money that came in different denominations (I've found a few different ones) and evidently each year of manufacture was printed on them like real coins. I've seen them posted dating any where from the very late 40's to the mid 50's
