Cool chairs!
The address given on the label is in Zone 2 of the municipality of Mixco in Guatemala, on the outskirts of the capital.
It’s registered to the master carpenter and artisan wood carver Alfonso Antonio Velasco along with the family-owned atelier workshop “Fábrica de Muebles La Económica” (also known commercially as “Meubles Primiun.”)
The company specialises in living room furniture, dining room sets, beds and other custom-made home furnishings and woodwork.
They claim to have been operating in the market for 36 years, so established sometime around 1990 and the chairs won't be antique but probably reproduced in an antique style.

This one, also with a lyre back and made in a child-size, said to be antique and French by the seller (unverified) currently on eBay for $225. A vintage copy from Guatemala wouldn't command that kind of price.
