Hit the few spots of high ground around an old church today and found quite a few good finds, definitely beat a day at work. Total 6 wheats 1930-1954 (pretty toasted), 1944 Merc, 1943-P Nickel, .31 cents in clad, a silver plated makup compact, and some brass. Not too bad. Swinging an Ace 350 in coun mode on 3-4 notches of sensitivity. All coins found in 2-7inch depth range. image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Isn't that something? This hobby is one of the only ones where one goes out, walks around swinging a large machine for hours and hours! Kneels down, digs holes, fills them back up. Let alone fighting the elements/terrain. Yet, 21 cents is STILL BETTER! Than a whole day's pay at work! Let alone the risk of losing the job because of missing time. ;)

As Spock would say, Fascinating! LOL

In any case, Great saves!
