Just finished another bag of cents, new (non dump) record of 59 wheats in the bag. Sadly, 38 of them were 1956's and only 1 was older than 1944, but since it was this I'm not complaining:

Finally find a 1954S too, so now I only need pre-1940's to complete my Lincoln books. Found 2 more stamped ones, lil late for the 4th but still patriotic enough:

Just too bad that date's not small ;) Well, 3 more bags to go through before Monday gonna be a good weekend...besides work. Happy Hunting everyone!

Look closer on the reverse bottom of that 1919, could that be a die crack? Nice thing about searching cents is that you can't rim check (as you do for silver dimes quarters halves) looking for old Wheaties, maybe by color texture, but you have to turn over each coin (wheats especially) to see if it's an oldie. If you find wheats below 1940, then that's a good find. Congrats and keep hunting. Your day will come.

Not sure about the crack, looked like a bit of a gauge, PMD I'm guessing. Did pull my 7th 1998 WAM too:

Almost looks like it was dug up.

Nice find!
