First one is a Gordian III AR Antoninianus. IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, radiate, draped bust right / FORT REDUX, Fortuna seated left with rudder & cornucopiae, wheel beneath. RSC 97. as shown here:

PS: The reverse image is a tribute to Fortuna who was often depicted on Roman coins. He Roman depictions of Fortuna were often accompanied by the inscription FORTUNA (or in your case, simply FORT) REDUX, which meant welcome home from a business meeting or a trip; or, perhaps from a conflict.
