Got a Bobbie Dazzler today!

Found some cool items. Couple large gilded buttons and a little flag pin. A leg trap and some kind of shackle type thing. But best of all is this hat pin or maybe hair pin with amethyst stone! That’s what it looks like anyway. Any comments on ID or age are welcomed. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!
