I think your (brass hanger) is a sleigh reign guide. I'm not sure of the age of your buckle though. Nice finds.

looks like a tombac button, the buckle only has (solid brass) on it

Harmonica reed plate. The reeds were attached to the plate. Picky, I know.

The loop thing with the screw on it look to be the part that holds a shade on a lamp. But that's just a guess.

Nevermind- I change my mind. I think it's the part that the reigns go in on a wagon.
