Almost thought I had me another bottle also. :hello:

They might be there HCW (horse teeth),That is something I need to study more about someday.Seems how I have massed a collection of teeth horse, cow, pig, bison, even gator. But the grazing animals are hard for me to deside on closing in on 200 of them now.Not sure about what you see as a candle snuffer the one thing you might see I think is just what I call a copper patch just rolled up.But could see that it could be used for that looks like it would work. The star thing has me baffled it's a little different then what I have seen.It came from a old site at least late 1700's site.No idea.
Thanks again!

I did there Bedfordbob,Here the older sites have them mixed in with the colonial stuff.I have read that the indians kept the land cleared off so when the settlers came they more or less took over the areas that was already cleared to start there building for them selfves.Makes since seems how most of the time it is the higher parts of the land that these places are.

Me too, I collected all things when I was a kid. I loved collecting rocks, still do, but not much around here except petrified wood and fossils. In Seattle, where I grew up, there were some cool fossils to be found. Omaha, where I spent my early teen years, there were some interesting rocks and in Minnesota where I spent my last 2 yrs at home, lots of agates to be found in the fields. Now, detecting is my main focus when I can get the chance. When I get off work Mon morn, I have a place I am going to hit in town, the house has been torn down, but unfortunately, a drug house is apparently across the road. Should be interesting. I will post what, if anything, I find. Bryan

Yea I fought addition for 25yrs and have been clean now for awhile.Seen many drug houses know what goes on there. It always killed me how they are able to just keep going.Seems the law always was after the user not the supplier. The way I saw that was no supplier no user.Feel I have my feet back under me now and wish I hadn't wasted so much of my youth with it.I was sent to goldsboro in 1996 to dart cherry state rehab.Know a little about goldsboro as they had us on road detail.I remember finding (2) 10 dollar bills one time out.As far as drug houses go nothing good to say about that. But if I had my way they would need a good sprinkler system installed. ;D

Yes, addictions are a curse for sure, and I am glad you have broken free, but no doubt it is a daily walk. Take care my friend and keep up the great hunting!

It is that a (daily walk). But gets easier as time goes on!I find now that it was a shame for my family and freinds that didn't get to make it through those times. And I realize now how numb I was in there passing and think alot about what there life would have turned out like if they had gotten a chance. It weren't that they were bad people or nothing. They were alot like me with out the drugs a toatally different person as nice as you would want to meet.
