Cru, What's the Bottom 3 Lead Pieces in 2 ed pic, down?

Nice finds
Davers 2 of those lead things look like fishing weights to me.
Crusader. I found a button yesterday that looks a lot like 2 of your buttons in the first photo. The 2 in the bottom right and left corners.
I tried cleaning it some and my button appears to say R PITKIN & Co. NEW ORLEANS. Was wondering if you could tell me the era/date of the 2 buttons you have. So I could get a date/time frame of my button.
Thanks

Very nice Cru... as usual. GL&HH.

AWESOME FINDS !

Nice going on the hammered, the 1862 item is an interesting one.

Nice Lizzie Cru!! Isn't doesn't matter how experienced we are, how much research we've done, or what kind of fancy detector we're using - sometimes luck trumps them all. I know I've had my fair share.

A nice big one on the way to the car. Great!

Great coin:thumbsup: is that a coin in the top left? You've got a couple of nice relics in there as well:icon_thumright:

Nothing wrong with being lucky!

Sometimes I think if I didn't have bad luck I'd have no luck at all!

Cru,

Good going on the hammered silver.

Regards + HH

Bill

Sweet 16th century silver!

ATTENTION MODS.....

Can you arrange it so that when Crusader posts his finds, he doesn't have to post in the TODAYS FINDS section, but can post directly into the BANNER section up top?

That way it will save us ALL a lot of time in voting! :laughing7:

Great finds as usual!! :notworthy:

As Bonepicker states, the right 2 are old fishing weights, & the one with a hole is a Roman or Medieval Weight. (Best guess a Medieval Loom Weight)

The 4 hole buttons are a common find over here, as they went on most shirts & underwear. Broad timeline - 1880-1930.

Not sure which picture you mean?

Well done as usual, Crusader!
