Hi all, I have posted about this coin on here in the past, I dug it at a site where a colonial house once stood, but was gone sometime in the early 1800s. It is nothing but a small cow pasture now, we found a handful of other coins with this one, including brittish half pennies and a capped bust half cent.
I finally got around to sending this coin to the gradeing company last week, it hasn't made it back yet but I was sent an e-mail with tracking info and grade results. It got a grade of a vg10, which my coin book shows the value at $10,000!!
Now I do understand that this all depends on the buyer, it could go for less or even a bit more depending on how bad someone would want it. I don't plan on selling at this time, but it never hurts to know what you have. Below are some pics of the coin.
