I got out for a couple hours this evening. My third hunt this year. I've been so busy I'm starting to get hunting withdrawals. But I got a nice dose of it today. Went to a swimming hole I cleaned out last year. I knew there wouldn't be much junk. Also knew that anything good would be recent drops. Picked up a handful of clad. The first ring I found was a honker!! It's a Triton brand Tungsten Carbide. Very nice ring. It weighs in at just over 16 grams and fits my finger perfectly. The last target I dug before leaving was a women's 10k band. Not bad. It weighs in at just under 3 grams. Sure made me happy to end the day with gold!!
