Got out for a couple hours

I got out for 2 hours yesterday and found a really cool button with shank and a tiny tank. The tank looks like a WWI tank.




And today I found this. It looks like a clock winder key but it's really small. Am I right about it being a clock winder? Or what else could it be?

Thanks guys. So it is a watch winder key! I was hoping it was. It is my first watch winder key ever.
