Got out today and the diggin was easy.....

... Although the area that I was hunting was in a low spot, had 5 or 6 good hits but at 6-7 inches deep they filled with water in a matter of seconds. Took my 4 yr old daughter out and she filled up 1 boot with water, lol!. Oh well did get 1 penny and 1 clad quarter, will have to wait till spring to hit this area again. AMC

Yep - same thing happened to me - at least you got out though. We may have a few more days like this yet this winter.
