Got the irrigation going today,pretty soon it'll look like a golf course.

It was showering on and off when I got there this morning and walked down the road Carmine cleared out to the river,yesterday it was powder same place the bobcat print came from.




This flower is growing along the damp river bank..looks like it's gonna fly away.




I went to scope out the eagles,sure enough one was up there drippin wet.




These burdock's sure bring back memories of fights with them as a kid.




A lone dove pecking out a living.




I them ventured to the Enfield Dam,only thing worth a pic was ducks,flowers and a rabbit.










Went back to the Meadows and Carmine and His Son Anthony were setting up irrigation..






Taking the Hydro to the other end of the field..




One of the adult eagles was circling around climbing higher and higher..




Water at last..





This all took 6 1/2 hours,it really gave me some joy to see Father and Son working together,after all they are Partners in it.

On my way out after all was working,




and I got paid for 2 weeks mowing,I went and bought some REAL money.

The bigger farmers here along the river have these big huge sprinkler systems that move themselves and have timers. It has been so dry, I imagine they are finally paying for themselves now.
