Got to use my md today.

I finally got to use my md today in my backyard and found a old ball zinc cap and some junk. I guess its not bad for the first time using it. Just wish I found the jar and it was full of wheaties or silver lol.

I ended up getting started when my wife bought one of those cheap ones from radio shack for my boys...they could care less...then I found money and now we are all hooked.

welcome again and great to hear your swinging. you find it I assure you. Just don't let anyone fool you we all don't find the mother load daily and we all have days where we don't find a thing well at least I do lol

Don't feel bad, I was out MD'ing in my backyard today, all I found was soda can fragments (looks like someone blew it up and scattered it all over the yard) and some screws and 2 beer bottlecaps.......last time I hunt at home

At least you got out! lol The backyard is a great place to start. I found 442 cents in one corner of my backyard in the first few weeks of owning my MD.
