Great All-Purpose Cajun Seasoning "Essence of Emeril"

This is the recipe for the Cajun spice that Emeril Lagasse uses on just about everything he cooks.

2 1/2 Tablespoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Garlic POWDER
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Onion POWDER
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon Ground Oregano
1 Tablespoon Ground Thyme

Just mix all ingredients well and place in an airtight container, it'll last a LONG time.

You can adjust any of the ingredients to your own taste......like it hotter? Add a little more Cayenne! Experiment with it on different meats as a rub.
