Recently I purchased an s-5 coil from Sunray. As it happened there was a mixup in the shipping and it was sent to the wrong location. In a highly impressive display of intercommunication, Ralph at Sunray, his local postmaster and the postmaster at my local branch made sure that it would be held for me securely until I could pick it up, which I did today. This type of customer service is rarely seen these days. Kudos to Sunray and our public servants at USPS who are not always given positive recognition.
