Hi yall I am new to this form thought I would check in.

It has been cold and icy here in northern arkansas but today was in the 50,s. wish my day MDing had been as good. Found forty cents in clad, and a chunk of melted something looks like a can. oh well any day this nice is best spent MDing.

Glad you got out. We got five inches of snow here today. The ground's been frozen since Thanksgiving weekend. I'm itching to get out, but it won't happen for awhile yet. At least the days are getting longer, and the temp is slowly rising here. I figure in a month I may be able to get out.

Yeah it is great to live in the south where we have these indian summers in mid winter. Welcome to the forum. Keep going out and before long you will make some great finds...perhaps the next time you go out. You never know with this hobby, treasure is always under foot.

Picked up a few clad coins at the closed for the day school.
Found a Jefferson dollar... a fake looking coin if I ever saw one! lol
