Had a great day out prospecting with a friend and managed some nuggets too!!

Found in the American river basin with a GPX5000. Deepest nugget was about 10" down.

Thought I had a multi ouncer, but it was a axe head wedged into bedrock..

Well I had high hopes for the spot, went back with a three man/woman crew cleared the spot and tried for more.

Only one more piece came to light, a point three gram pc...lol

So off again looking for the next tip off nugget.
