Those are great finds. What is the flat piece with the holes. Can you post a pic of it?

Stellar Finds!!

That is an awesome kind of day. That flat piece is interesting. I’d like more pics of everything. Thanks for the show.

Thank you! I thought it was native, it feels/looks like stone with drill holes. However people near me are saying it is an old brake pad from a tractor or something. The drilled holes are countersunk. So its probably modern ;/

Congrats. The black piece with the holes is strange lol it looks like the holes have a counter bore appearance.

I agree. The countersunk hole in the bottom right corner looks squared off and not conical--made for a fastener. So, I think it was made that way to be attached to a metal backing by a rivet.

Very nice finds, I bet the water was cool.

Oh wow! Great finds. Really, really nice. Congrats my friend. My last hunt up in your area yielded only tools.

Back again for another look..... Man thats a nice stemmed blade.

Holy **** !!!!

That flaking looks much nicer than the average Etley.

Heck yeah, super nice! The drilled piece looks like stone to me...
