Hi all, I went out detecting on Sunday for the first time in a few weeks as the weather here in the U.K. Had been pretty crap for the last few weeks. What a change this weekend was though, after 30 mins of day light the clouds cleared leaving bright blue skies and zero wind!
I met up with my buddies Darren and Kyle at my cow field pasture permission and set up the Minelab Safari with its detech ultimate coil with the settings of all metal, -10 and +40 notched out and threshold at 11 with auto sensitivity.
We spent a good 4 hours on the field and were rewarded with some cool finds if which my favourite was an amazing gold merchant navy button!
