great weekend #1 $10 Genie

Well this is item #1 for my great buy weekend. Craigs list ad said rock polisher and when i arrived I didn't see anything so I asked and he took me to the side yard and showed me what he had. I guess I was the first to ask or they would have been gone. So I asked how much? $10 each. I said sold. What thre was was a Genie, a Ross viberating flat lap, a Framtom 2 wheel grinder with part of a saw attachment, a 12# rock tumber plus 8 boxs of slabs. I think I got a deal for $50. Even with the cost of refinishing, I way ahead. I can probably sell the slabs and come out ahead.

Here's an update...
Took the genie to Diamond Pacific to have them look it over. Motor and Wheels were OK. Needed 2 h2o trays and sprayers and they rebuilt the pump. Only other thing was a capacitor in the motor that protects against the motor burning out. Total cost. $275 plus the original $10. Not bad for a 2300 piece of equipment. polished my first cab on it today. Took about 15-20 min.
