Green Chicken

We just loved it so I thought I'd share.

Green Chicken

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup dried parsley flakes
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken in mixture overnight. Grill chicken.

sounds good except for the oil part.. Then again, I can exchange with olive oil
