GRENADE!?!?!?

So, I got this hit, see? So, I knelt down, dug, and pulled
from what was a pretty good entanglement of roots, this
dog tag looking thing:





It had this root hanging from it that looked like
a pin! I kid you not! LOL

When I read the other side, I rather quickly retreated!

Anyhoo, such a nice sunny day out but short on time.
I was figuring on just cladulating but with this strange find,
I should've known HE had something a bit more special in mind.

After a couple more pennies I got this next thing:



All I saw was.......gold... LOL



Still a neat find and more evidence of a strange hunt.

Lastly, and I really mean "lastly"! As I was officially
"OTWBTMC"

I got this hit I simply called as a quarter. I mean, it was a
PERFECT clad quarter hit. Just like sooooo many others
I've turned there. Although , this one, would prove to be
a lil different:






Just gotta love it when that happens!!!

All in all, a short but very productive walk!




Even this piece! It is SOLID brass and weighs
in at a full half pound! LOL





There is a mark on the ring but I can't
quite make it out. What do you see?




To those who know styles of rings, could this be antique?
Regardless, it is a VERY pretty ring!

Thanks for your observation. It's welcomed. I did ask, (albeit before I had any testing done).

But, ya know? Sometimes, I wonder. if I put under my profile that I was a certified, tried and true, retired from 45 years as a professional jeweler. There would still be some doubters who can just tell, by looking at a picture snapped with a cel phone and posted on a website.
