Grey Ghost Amphibian headphones on land

I bought these to use in place of the stock headphones. These have a single dial on one ear. I have seen versions with a dial on each side. Are these good headphones? Are there better ones for land use specifically?

Once you get used to the new tones they will blow you away. I haven't used them in the water yet but I'm really impressed how well they pick up small signals plus they have really loud volume if you need it
