Grover Cleveland campaign advertising?

My grandfather tore out some shrubs by his 1960s house and said I could detect where they were. Found an 1864 indian head and what looks to be some kind of Grover Cleveland presidential advertising. Just interested to see if anyone knows more about them. Looks like it says "CLEVE" above and "LAND" below on the hat.

That is for sure them! Thank you!! Mistakenly threw the first one in my scrap bucket but then found the other that was like identical in shape so I looked closer. Glad I found the second one!! Thanks again

Are you sure that IHP is 64?
Looks like 63, or 68 to me. ?

I'd put those in a display case with a little brass plaque describing where/how you found them, then every time you look at it think of your grandfather!
