Detector(s) used
XP Deus, Nox 800, Garrett Sea Hunter Mark II, Poor ole wore out Fisher 1266 that still finds stuff.
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
This is 6 months of detecting.
It is real close to a quart of coins.
It is all the clad quarters, dimes and memorial pennies I've found.
I don't dig nickles often in the sites these came from, so there's few if any nickles in there.
I have no idea how much there is, I just dump them in my paint cup.
I have not weighed it, but it's pretty heavy.

I thought it would be fun to have a contest to guess how much I've found.

As Bob Barker says: The closest to the retail price without going over wins.
Contest ends at end of August or somewhere near about.

At the end I will count it and announce the winner.

The Prize: A nickle. A real American made nickle.
It may be from yesterday or yesteryear.
You won't know unless you guess and win.

Employees of Deep1 Co.(Me) and family are not eligible for this contest.
That being said, I'm going to make a guess.

Nitric and Esotericvalue, I'm going to give you'll a mulligan.

I didn't think to add you can only guess once.
So, everybody only guess once, cept for Nitric & Esotericvalue.
And if you're overseas you can play. but I will bury the the coin in the US and send you GPS coordinates.

Mr. Jim Beam and I have been discussing this for a while and we have come up with a number.
It took a good bit of give and take to arrive at this number, he'd give me the bottle and I'd take a drink.

After extensive negotiations we believe there is $8.62 in the cup.

Because we are not eligible, that number can still be submitted, if a member wishes to.

Disclaimer: Mr. Jim Beam is an adviser to Deep1 Co and disqualified from this contest.
We may or may not be close, I took as much as he gave.

11 dollars and 1 cent.......lock in my vote:tongue3:

I'm in, and I'll go with $17.37

53.21 (I hope)

I found a nickel today. So, I guess I'm already a winner.
