✅ SOLVED Gyroscope or wheel whatzit?

Found this and don't have any idea.. Very heavy and one of the axle part seems to have a indent for some sort of attachment.. Wheel is 2" and axle is also 2"..

It is a toy Gyroscope, made/sold by Tedco, from the mid-1900s. I owned one as a kid back then. See photo below.
